- List of Independent Agencies- You will need to know some of these agencies as they are important in SETTING POLICY, and will pop up on the AP test.
- Checks on the bureaucracy- The bureaucracy maybe an "unofficial" branch of government, but you need to KNOW the checks it has from the other main branches. There are always questions like this, and possible FRQ's
- Max Weber Model & Iron Triangles- Max Weber is a sociologist who influenced the structure of OUR bureaucracy today. I put him in this because his ideas are important. Iron triangles are IMPORTANT concept of American government, and WILL appear of the AP test
